About the Conference

The National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University, formerly China Center for Economic Research (CCER), is a leading research and teaching institute for studying social sciences in China. It has been recognized as one of China's most prestigious research institutes and influential think tanks. The National School of Development is committed to the internationalization, standardization, and localization of the study of social sciences topics in China. It places a strong emphasis on cross-disciplinary research and rigorous research methodology. It actively seeks to collaborate and exchange ideas with scholars worldwide regarding China-related research.

The Ninth CCER Summer Institute will be held on June 14-15, 2025 at the National School of Development, Peking University, Beijing. The organizing committee invites scholars to submit papers on any economics topic by May 6, 2025.

Please register and submit the PDF version of your full papers by scanning the QR code before the submission deadline. All accepted papers will be informed before May 20, 2025.

The conference is purely onsite and there is no remote/online option. No conference proceedings will be published.
