The Business, Accounting, and Economics Programs at Carroll offer Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with areas of concentration in Economics, Finance, or Management. Beginning in 1997, the State of Montana will require CPA candidates to have earned one hundred and fifty (150) semester hours prior to taking the CPA exam. Carroll's Accounting curriculum provides a four-year Accounting degree with additional courses for students who wish to earn the remaining twenty-eight (28) semester hours required for certification at Carroll.

Carroll's Business, Accounting, and Economics Programs offer students a variety of special opportunities, including significant computer experience through CS 213 Computer Applications in Business and other computer science courses. For students interested in becoming certified public accountants, Carroll offers BA 417 CPA/CMA Review to give graduates a crucial edge in their certification exam.
An excellent Cooperative Education Program encourages students to work with Helena professionals in private businesses and governmental agencies. Cooperative education also helps students establish valuable contacts in their chosen fields and accumulate professional experience as part of their comprehensive business education.
Campus and community organizations, such as the Carroll Entrepreneurial Organization (C.E.O.) and Junior Achievement, provide opportunities for students to apply their theories to practice in a variety of settings.
