  Each year, thousands of adults in the Baltimore/Washington region enhance the quality of their professional and personal lives by participating in credit and non-credit programs offered through the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. The school tailors its course offerings, formats, scheduling, and locations to meet the needs and lifestyles of today’s working professionals.

  The School of Professional Studies in Business and Education plays a leading role in providing responsive programming for adult students in business, education, and the liberal arts. Programs offered at the undergraduate, graduate, and postprofessional level, with innovative curricula in areas including real estate and police executive leadership. Partnerships with the Schools of Medicine and Nursing enable SPSBE to offer programs such as The Business of Medicine Graduate Certificate, as well as the combined Master of Business Administration/Master of Science in Nursing degree.

  Creative and flexible programs keep students on the cutting edge of their respective disciplines. Courses combine theory and practice to give students both the knowledge and tools to apply their classroom experience to the work environment. Classes are taught by experts from Hopkins and the region’s educational, artistic, and cultural communities, as well as leading executives in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors in the region.
