　　Welcome to our current issue! Readers should take note of the many advantages of the on-line format of the UAUJE. Papers can be read linearly, or specific sections can be selected from the menu column. When a reference citation is selected, the references open in a new window. This feature allows readers to view references while they are reading a paper. When the new window is closed, the readers return to their previous position within the text of the paper. (The end notes also utilize this feature.) Finally, the Print Format section of the paper allows the reader to print a copy of the paper without the menu column.
