The department offers two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts (suggested for students interested in a broad liberal arts economics background) as well as a Bachelor of Science (suggested for students considering graduate study in economics or business administration, or professional careers in economics, law, business or the financial industries). Within either degree, a student may choose to specialize in certain Tracks that differ by subject matter and in terms of the type of post-graduate path the student plans to follow. The Economics Department also offers a Minor in Economics.
