　　在由清华大学金融研究中心，麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院和中欧国际工商学院在上海举办的2004中国金融国际年会（2004 China International Conference in Finance, CICF 2004）上，北京大学光华管理学院会计系共同系主任Charles Lee教授的英文论文Corruption and International Valuation:Does Virtue Pay? (Lee,Charles M.C.,Cornell University and Peking University and Ng, David T.,Cornell University)获得Best Paper Award Second Place，

　　金融系王志诚和张翼助理教授的英文论文Block Equity Transfers and Corporate Control( Wang, Zhicheng and Zhang, Yi,Peking University ) 获得Best Paper Award Third Place(并列)。

　　大会共评选出五个Best Paper Award。
