北京大学是享誉世界的百年名校，隶属于北京大学的光华管理学院是专门从事管理研究与教育的国内最好的商学院之一。

公共关系主管
主要职责
1. 学院重大公关活动的策划、协调与实施，包括各种论坛、新闻发布会、校友和嘉宾招待会等；
2. 协助制作学院宣传资料，包括学院纪念册、宣传册、活动介绍、宣传片等；
3. 制作、维护和更新有关网页，协调与媒体、广告公司的沟通和联系；
4. 协助联系和接待参加各种活动的政府、企业、媒体、校友等嘉宾。
应聘要求
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 最好有相关工作经验，对光华和国内外主要商学院有一定的了解
3. 出色的中英文口头和书面交流能力
4. 良好的人际协调沟通能力和团队合作精神
工作时间：2005年4月——9月
工作地点：北京大学光华管理学院
Public Relations Specialist
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage important PR events, including seminars, forums, press conferences, and receptions
2. Assist to produce communication materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, and films
3. Develop and maintain relevant websites, and help to keep effective communications with media and agencies
4. Coordinate the invitation and reception of alumni and VIP guests from governments, businesses, media, etc.
Major requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Some relevant work experience, and knowledge about Guanghua and other leading business schools in China and around the world, are preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
4. Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit
