演讲简介 | A partially planned economy is investigated, where the production of capital goods is constrained within a state-owned sector and hence is controlled according to the plan of the state, while the production and the market of the consumption goods are competitive. The capital distribution plan can be exogenous or endogenous. In the cases of exogenous plans and the endogenous plans in favor of the state-owned sector, the economy can be shown to obtain short-run and long-run equilibria which are locally stable. As for the case of endogenous plans in favor of the overall output of the economy, the partially planned framework does not converge to a steady state in the long-run, which means the economy has to completely abandon this partially planned pattern and shift to the market economy. |
