2012年，对外经济贸易大学国际经济贸易学院在学术研究方面取得了长足发展，在国际发表的数量和质量方面均居全国同类学院（包括所有的经济、管理学院）领先地位。
在英文期刊的发表方面，截至2012年12月21日，我院今年共有31篇论文被SSCI收录，其中27篇为我院全职教师以我校为第一署名单位发表的论文，15篇为SSCI经济类刊物论文（具体论文请参见附表一），另外11篇发表在管理、金融等领域刊物上（具体论文请参见附表二）。根据初步统计结果，在全国同类学院中，我院发表的经济类SSCI期刊论文位居第三。
