International Association for Feminist Economics 22nd IAFFE Annual Conference Feminist Economists’ Perspectives on Women’s Education and Work Across the Globe Stanford University 12-14th July, 2013 Palo Alto, California The 2013 IAFFE conference theme, “Feminist Economists’ Perspectives on Women’s Education and Work Across the Globe,” is intended to encourage interdisciplinary dialogue on the issues facing women’s access to work and education across the globe. Panel proposals and individual paper submissions are invited on any aspect of feminist inquiry into economic issues. We particularly welcome participants to organize sessions and present papers from a feminist perspective to analyze the multiple aspects of educational attainment including the effects of women’s and girl’s education on migration, political participation, and on family outcomes and work opportunities and challenges facing women today. Submissions: Proposals must be submitted on-line via the IAFFE website. Submissions can be made for panels or individual papers. Participants are limited to one formal paper presentation and one panel discussion or roundtable. Additional co-authored papers are allowed so long as they are presented by the co-author.
