Authors are invited to submit theoretical and empirical papers in all categories of finance and accounting.
The broad topics include:
Finance:
- Corporate finance and restructuring, corporate governance, asset pricing, derivatives, market microstructure, financial intermediation, international finance, financial crisis, etc.
Accounting:
- Financial accounting, disclosure, earnings management, accounting quality, valuation, analyst and management forecasts, international accounting, corporate governance, etc.
PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
The deadline for submitting papers is August 1, 2010. Please submit completed papers as e-mail attachments to the following program chairs:
