为保证2014-2015学年秋季学期教学工作顺利进行, 厦门大学王亚南经济研究院 (WISE) 现决定在王亚南经济研究院和经济学院招聘助教若干名。
Applications for WISE teaching assistant (TA) positions are accepted now. Please see below the application procedures.

1. 招聘项目 (具体课程见报名表格)

2. 助教的主要职责 Main Responsibilities
[助教要求按照王亚南经济研究院助教工作条例严格执行。助教培训拟于秋季学期初召开。
Teaching assistants should follow the WISE TA Management Ordinance. The TA training session will be conducted in the beginning of the fall semester.]
①随堂听课 (若有专业课冲突需经任课老师批准才可免听,并向负责的教学秘书与项目主管报备)
Attending the lectures (If a TA is not able to attend the lectures due to his/her own course schedule, he/she should get permission from the course instructor and report to the corresponding program coordinator and director.)
②协助老师负责作业、考试的批改
Grading assignments and exams
③负责每周1次习题课或复习课的主讲
Conducting TA sessions (once per week)
④每周2小时的office hour (形式自行与学生协商)
Offering office hours for individual consultation (2 hours per week, coordinated by students and TAs)
⑤其他相关的教学辅助工作(如监考等)
Other assigned tasks (such as exam supervision)
注: 双学位翔安班不要求随堂听课，习题课与监考要求每学期各2次，其他职责不变。
Notes for TAs of the Undergraduate Double Degree courses on Xiang’an Campus: Attending the lectures: not required; TA session: twice per semester; Exam supervision: twice per semester; other responsibilities: the same as that of other TAs

3. 招聘对象 Eligibility
王亚南经济研究院：在读硕博连读生、硕士生、博士生 (2014级硕、博士新生除外)
经济学院：在读硕博连读生、硕士生、博士生
WISE: current master and PhD students (except for those who will enroll in September 2014)
SOE: current master and PhD students

4. 招聘条件 Requirements
①热爱经济学,有良好的专业素质和道德修养
Have enthusiasm in studying economics and possess a strong work ethic
②工作严谨、踏实,忠于职守、认真负责
Be responsible, hardworking and reliable
③具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力和组织能力
Possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
④具有较强的英语表达能力者优
Have a good command of English (preferred)
⑤修过报名课程且成绩良好者先
Have passed the course with good performance (preferred)

5. 工作待遇 Payment
助教待遇分项目与修课人数不同 (depends on program and class size):

薪酬(元/每门课每学期) ; Payment (RMB/per course per semester); n代表修课人数且n>40 (本部) 或n >20 (翔安); n denotes the number of registered students of the course and n> 40 (main campus) or n>20 (Xiang’an campus)

③ WISE-SOE国际硕士项目WISE-SOE International Master’s Programs	Financial Economics	1500+(n-40)*20
③ WISE-SOE国际硕士项目WISE-SOE International Master’s Programs	其他课程 Other courses	3000
④ WISE硕博士项目 WISE MA/PHD Programs	一年级课程first year courses (高宏、高微、高计、数理经济学)	3000
④ WISE硕博士项目 WISE MA/PHD Programs	其他年级课程 other courses (选修课人数达10人以上且考核方式为笔试)	1500
