Part-time or Full-time Research Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Prepare quantitative databases as well as manage and analyze them whenever needed. Efficient in using various statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, SAS, SEM, HLM etc. (40%)

Code qualitative data using content analysis technique (10%)

Conduct research use Internet libraries and databases (20%)

Assist in the designing of questionnaires and other survey methodologies, track the research participants, and Take care of the follow-up that is required
after the study is conducted. (20%)

Other administrative responsibilities (10%)

Qualification:

Academic background form social science and management, such as organizational behavior, psychology, social-psychology, and sociology preferred. Strong analytical skill. Screening priority will give to people with master degree or will obtain their Master degree in 2012.  The RA position is open for part ti
me now. For degree candidate, the position will be available next year when the candidate finishes his or her degree. For the part time option, work time
and location is flexible. Compensation will be negotiable based on qualification and experience.
